Pipi Learning Cove – Data Deletion
Pipi Learning Cove is operated by Pipi Learning Ltd. This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data, including data associated with your Meta (Facebook) account if you used it to sign in.
What data we may hold
Depending on how you use Pipi Learning Cove, we may store:
- Your name and email address
- Account profile information
- Course enrolments and progress
- Basic analytics related to your use of the site
How to request deletion of your data
Email hello@pipilearning.co.nz with the subject line Data deletion request.
In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address linked to your Pipi Learning Cove account
- Whether you signed in using Meta (Facebook) or another method
- Any other detail that helps us identify the relevant account or data
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Confirm your identity, if needed
- Delete or anonymise the personal information we hold, unless we are required to retain some of it to comply with the law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements
- Confirm by email when the request has been completed, or explain why any information must be retained
We will respond as soon as possible, and no later than 20 working days after receiving your request.
Removing Pipi Learning Cove from your Meta (Facebook) account
If you used Meta (Facebook) to log in, you can remove the app's access to your Facebook data at any time:
- Open your Facebook Settings & Privacy
- Go to Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find Pipi Learning Cove in the list of apps
- Select Remove
This stops any future data sharing between Pipi Learning Cove and Meta (Facebook). To delete data already stored by Pipi Learning Cove, still email us as described above.
