Pipi Cove – Data Deletion
Pipi Cove respects your privacy and gives you control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data, including data associated with your Meta (Facebook) account if you used it to sign in.
What data we may hold
Depending on how you use Pipi Cove, we may store information such as:
- Your name and email address
- Account profile information
- Course enrolments and progress
- Basic analytics related to your use of the app
How to request deletion of your data
To request deletion of your personal data held by Pipi Cove, please email:
Email: pipi-support@collidecreatives.co
In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address linked to your Pipi Cove account
- Whether you signed in using Meta (Facebook) or another method
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Verify your identity, if needed
- Delete or anonymise your personal data from our systems, except where we are legally required to retain it (for example, for tax or compliance purposes)
- Confirm completion of the deletion by email
Removing Pipi Cove from your Meta (Facebook) account
If you used Meta (Facebook) to log in to Pipi Cove, you can also remove the app’s access to your Facebook data at any time:
- Open your Facebook Settings & Privacy
- Go to Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find Pipi Cove in the list of apps
- Select Remove
This stops any future data sharing between Pipi Cove and Meta (Facebook).
To fully delete data already stored in Pipi Cove, please still contact us via email as described above.
